Initial design

We will start with some basic information. It can be the overall size, chest dimensions, or whatever. A team of designers sculpt the sex doll. If the designs are celebrities or artwork, they will be helped by the computer. You can do anything at this stage. This is exactly the stage when a customer requests a custom order. We discuss the overall project together, complexity and estimates will be sent.

The second stage is the making of the mold

This step depends on the final material you want to make poor inside, TPE or silicone, but the process is the same. The end result is a reusable mold than used for months or a year depending on the application. Only molds for plastic injection molding last very long, but their prices are also very high. The artist creates the work in a solid state so that the final mold can be received on the outside.

It is also possible to make the mold directly from the person for a special job, if we want to release a product that is 100% identical to the original body, we do this.

Mold casting

At this stage, the material inside the mold is cooled to reveal the final product. Due to the sex doll, the material becomes poorer in the mold than it contains the skeleton. This is why it is not possible to change the joint thickness. And at this stage, everything is final.

At this stage, you can dispose of the waste or dispose of the product. This is why the normal lead time for orders is one to two weeks. Sometimes due to quality issues we have to redo again.

Final results and cleaning

Once the product is cast, it is cooled in a bucket of water. Immediately after it can be handled by the packing department, which applies protective powder to it, remove all still visible mold lines and prepare the sex doll as your request.

Customization

As you can see, this process is fairly straightforward. There is a specific mold for each breast size. It’s hard to say “I want this doll, but I want a bigger ass.” In this case, you need to open a new mold and start over from step 1. But the karendoll factory meets your needs as much as possible.
